My Husband and I wanted to buy some rental property but have never done any multi family, we own two single family homes now that we rent. Chris set us up with a lender that included 100% of the rehab costs to bring the building up to our standards and then we were able to refinance the building within 4 months and able get back 100% of the money we put into the deal, now each unit has a cash flow of over $260 each within 6 months of purchasing it.
